I have now been in my attic studio in Bridport for a year and 8 months and I have really enjoyed my time here.  My thanks go to Vicky and Merv for putting up with me and making my life there so enjoyable.  I will miss it all so much. So sadly, Beach & Barnicott, 6 South Street, Bridport DT6 3NQ closes on 21st December, so do pop along FOR YOUR LAST CHANCE to see some really great art and crafts, whether it is in the gallery upstairs or in the Pop Up shop downstairs.  It's just opposite the Town Hall.  What a great place to pick up some original local art work as a Christmas Present or , WHAT A TREAT, "just for yourself! What am I doing next? Well watch this space, I am looking at a couple of studio possibilities over the next few days, so hopefully will have some new exciting news here. 

 

​I am delighted to announce that I was been excepted by South West Academy of Fine and Applied Arts into there The South West Academy Annual Open Exhibition this year. I went along to the Private View and was delighted to meet a whole host of incredibly talented artists who were displaying their work too.  

 

This year I entered Dorset Art Weeks, in Dorchester at Aspect Picture Framing, 6 North Square, Dorchester DT1 1HY.  All my pictures are framed there, so I thoroughly recommend them.  I really enjoyed meeting a new group of people who don't normally venture down to Bridport and of course seeing many of my return customers who are always a delight to see again.  I managed to find time to do a lot more drawing during the 16 days and completed a number of pictures that were just waiting for the final touch.  I have added them to the DRAWING gallery.  My biggest and most complicated Sculpted Landscape picture and 2 other pictures remain at Aspects Gallery if you fancy dropping by to have a look.  I also have a stock of giclee mounted prints on sale in the browser. Please check out the calendar of events below.

Once you have browsed my Relief Sculpted Landscapes you may consider asking me to do a commission of your favourite scene. I am also trying out some new products as a result of my art.
